Canada Games Flag Visiting Past Host Communities
On Wednesday, June 26th at 11:00am the Canada Games flag will be raised at the Regina City Hall Courtyard. The Saskatchewan Games Council has partnered with the Canada Games Council to host this special event in Regina.
Please join us in celebrating the Canada Games movement, the upcoming 2013 Canada Summer Games in Sherbrooke, Quebec and the 2005 Canada Summer Games which were held in Regina.
Special guests will include The Honourable Kevin Doherty, Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport, City of Regina Councillor Mike O’Donnell, a representative of the 2005 Host Organizing Committee, and Team Sask members 2013 Canada Summer Games.
