Mark McMorris earns highest score in Snowboard Slope history

Mark McMorris, Team Sask alumnus from the 2007 Canada Winter Games in Whitehorse, created a record this weekend at the 2013 X Games in Aspen, Colorado.  On his third run for Snowboard Slopestyle, McMorris pulled out a difficult cab double cork 1260, moving his score up to 98.00; the highest score ever seen in this event. Team Sask has two alumni competing at the London 2012 Paralympic Games this summer. Logan Campbell competed in the 2003 Canada Winter Games in Freestyle Skiing, as well as in the 2005 Canada Summer Games in Sailing.
